Alfateh Upgrades Bridge Structure
Al Fateh Highway upgrades are part of a larger plan to improve the transportation network in the country. The highway is one of the main arteries in the capital, Manama, and is used by thousands of commuters every day. The upgrades includes widening the highway to four lanes in each direction, as well as adding new U- Turn bridge and a Left-Turn Bridge.
That is why the requirement of an alternative solution for the construction of the Bridges on the most busy road in the country, Constricting of a temporary Steel Structure Tunnel allowing the main contractor of finishing the construction of the Bridges and in the same time not effecting the traffic during the construction.
